ChaChing is a product-discovery experience that makes it easy to find the right products, prices, and quality of items you’re looking for - and connects you with their sellers to make the purchase.
ChaChing is most similar to search engines such as Google in that you search for what you want, and we send you off to the right sites to buy your products. We might show you products from marketplaces like Amazon if they have what you want, or we might direct you to a company like Nike to buy directly from them. We allow you to discover all your options, and click on the right product for you.
No. ChaChing just connects you to other websites, and you buy from them. You never buy items directly from ChaChing.
On ChaChing, 10%-50% paybacks are normal, and most paybacks are above 20%. On other cashback sites you may typically expect to find paybacks of 1%-10%. ChaChing also usually gives you money back much faster than other sites, rather than forcing you to wait for a return period to expire before receiving cash.
ChaChing achieves such high paybacks by having advertisers compete against each other to get in front of you: similarly to how Google, Facebook, and others operate real-time auctions to decide what to show you.
These auctions where advertisers compete to offer the most money ultimately raise the amount of money you get.
Meanwhile, other cashback sites often negotiate directly with merchants. In these types of negotiations (not auctions), there is no incentive for advertisers to pay more.
Lots of companies exist that plug into real-time auctions, such as Pubmatic (one of ChaChing's first deals that gave a large scale of products)... but the technical challenges involved are immense, so many cannot do it.
ChaChing’s product information is pulled in real-time, so all information is usually updated constantly. In rare cases, it may be up to 24 hours delayed.
Yes. Just reach out directly to the store you want to buy from. ChaChing has little extra information beyond what you see on ChaChing.

No. To prevent fraud and preserve ChaChing for everyone, each person is limited to one ChaChing account, ever. To change login details or unlock your old account you’ve forgotten the details for, please contact support.
For now, yes. To use ChaChing you must download the ChaChing app through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
ChaChing will launch a website and browser extension in the future.
You must complete purchases while in-app.
Yes. ChaChing is free to use. There are also zero hidden fees.
Full product prices are always advertised by merchants on ChaChing, and are never altered or discounted, or suggestive of pricing changes. Shoppers always pay the full asking price for items.
If you visit a merchant’s site by other means or search engines, you will see the same product price that is advertised on ChaChing.
ChaChing has full control over what is deserving of a payback, separately from the advertised item or advertiser, and irrespective of external influence.
