Yes! There is no obligation to purchase after signup. We believe in our Cash Backs, we believe in our brands, and we believe it's hard to say no to a good deal. 

We know that when you buy in bulk you can get a better deal. However, you don’t always need a dozen of the same product. This is where Group Buying Event comes in, when we come together, we can get brands to compete offering higher and higher Cash Backs. ChaChing® builds a link to the brand that gives the best deal. The brands get to sell a lot of products, get to you save money. When we purchase together, everyone wins.  

We know finances are tight, so we make it our mission to get you your Cash Back as fast as possible. When shopping through the ChaChing® Group Buying event we make sure you can get Cash Back into your ChaChing wallet after a few days of purchase! 

To make sure you can get your Cash Back as quickly as possible we will send you an email when your Cash Back is ready to be retrieved. You can also check the status of our account by clicking on the profile in the top right and going to “Wallet”. 

To withdraw funds from your ChaChing® wallet you need to add a debit card by clicking on your profile > Wallet > Add a card.  After that it's as easy as clicking withdrawal and selecting the amount you want deposited into your account! 

For Group Buy events all sales are final. Any damaged goods should be reported and will be replaced by the merchant.
